While often associated with performances, today pole dance is celebrated worldwide as a sport and a powerful form of self-expression. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, improve your fitness, or explore your artistic side, pole dance offers something for everyone—welcoming students of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Yes, pole dancing is safe when taught and practiced correctly. In our studio, safety is always a top priority. Classes are carefully structured to build strength and technique step by step, with close attention to proper form and injury prevention. To support your training, we have mats placed on the floor to help cushion falls and minimize the risk of injury. Students are always encouraged to progress at their own pace, and we provide a supportive environment where you can train confidently and safely.
-
Yes, they can! Pole dancing is a wonderful way for children to build strength, coordination, confidence, and creativity. We create a positive, supportive environment where children can enjoy learning new skills while developing a strong foundation in fitness and self-expression.
-
For classes, we recommend wearing a sports bra or a fitted top and comfortable shorts. Pole dancing relies on skin contact with the pole for grip, so having bare arms and legs will help you perform safely and effectively.
Please avoid wearing accessories such as rings, bracelets, and earrings, as they can cause injury or damage the poles. We also ask that you do not apply body lotion, oils, or creams before class, as they make it difficult to grip the pole and can create safety risks.
-
We offer a variety of class options to suit different needs and schedules.
